When I am creating pottery on my Shimpo potter’s wheel, I often find myself misplacing tools, which can be quite frustrating. This prompted me to consider a solution through 3D printing. Before embarking on a design project from the ground up, I thought it would be beneficial to explore what others have already created. So, I visited the website https://www.thingiverse.com, where I found a plethora of designs from talented individuals who have shared various 3D printable objects, useful tools, and minor repair components. After searching through the offerings, I came across an impressive little set of tool organizers that can be conveniently clipped onto the side of my wheel. This innovation allows me to keep track of those small tools that seem to vanish repeatedly.
A huge thank you goes out to Kinou60 for designing and generously sharing this wonderful project!
For this project, I utilized PETG filament for 3D printing. The recommended nozzle printing temperature is 220°C, with a bed temperature set at 70°C.
